Pedersen Farms is a family owned farm located in the Central Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. The area is well known for its high quality wine, but also is home to many diversified vegetable and dairy farms.
About half of our land is certified organic by NOFA-NY, the rest is farmed conventionally, but we use sustainable farming techniques on all of our land. We are global GAPS certified.
We sell only wholesale, but ship to many customers throughout the Northeast. Some of our customers include Wegmans, Four Seasons, Baldor, Blue Apron, and Sweet Greens.
